Napakapangit ng Customer service ng @cebupacificair 😩 I was trying to get my refund for the PH tax and other tax exemptions ng ofw for over a month now pero until now hindi pa din naibabalik. Yung agent na kausap ko thru email paulit ulit lang sinasabe hinihingi yung arrival stamp which is naiprovide ko na tapos sasabihin hinde daw yun ang arrival stamp like they’re just trying to delay the process nakakairita. 🙄 i ffup multiple times but the agent sa chat parang bot paulit ulit sinasabe 🫠
