Arcane To me , Isha represent Zaun. I don’t think she was a representation of Jinx inner child but more a representation of Zaun. Of “Them” in a way The way Zaun Children’s are not being properly being care of most of the time (cough cough ) and no one give a damn or a damn about it. She, as Claggor,Mylo,Vi,Ekko,jinx and countless more are blue victim of being born on the “wrong” side. She’s kind of a mixture of all of them Also, her personality is not just base on powder/jinx to me.
