For me to move that offer needs to be 20% more of the equal pay package that I would be living at and for them to pay for my relocation costs. But Texas has been great for me but California companies have reached out to me but when I run the numbers ill be making less and I ask them why not hire someone local. But the locals are asking for higher wages so not sure why can't they stick to locals
