Unpopular opinion perhaps? I’m mixed. & I’m a black woman. However, ik that my skin color & background can sometimes mean that some conversations are just not looking for my perspective. Sometimes, I’m just an audience member, clapping for the main characters & sometimes I use “light skin privilege 🤢” to further get the message of the main characters out.
