I want to be cynical about this. What does keeping one Democrat Justice on the NCSC matter when the Court is still held by Republicans 5-2? I have to remind myself that it means one less seat to flip in the future in order for us to restore the Court to one that serves the people. Also, a reminder od how down-ballot races matter, and how important it is to vote when races are still won by such narrow margins.
