Client: cancels hair appt. Crickets* a month later books an appt.
Stylist: cancels clients hair appt. 1 minute later. The client: I see my appointment was canceled.. can you tell me why?
Sometimes I get frustrated which that concept.
You have the right to cancel any appt. Especially if you do it before the 24hr period.
I have the right to do the same if something important comes up out of my control.
But what gives one the right to ask why?
