Casual consumption of sugar and processed foods make our bodies want *MORE* of it.
We don’t really have a sweet tooth, we don’t actually crave junk food…
Our brain/body is off its rocker and the only way to hard reset is to eliminate the sugar and processed foods - not “cut” back… eliminate.
After a few weeks it’ll be: why tf wasn’t I more intentional w/ my nutrition choices - not to mention your brain/body will completely transform.
