Day -1 of my healthy lifestyle + Threads journey: I finally feel well enough to start moving again. Even if I’m not 100%, I’m going to push through.
Today was pretty slow, but I’ve decided to cut out refined sugar and stick to natural sugars from now on. Tomorrow’s plan: some yoga and 5K steps.
This week, my only focus is building a healthier lifestyle. Once ready, I’ll start adding other goals like learning and studying. Taking it one step at a time, fingers crossed I stay consistent!
