My last Wicked thread has too many comments to respond to so I’ll put my feeling here… or the ones I can articulate… I read the book at 19 and have seen it on stage… BUT THIS!!! I’ve NEVER felt THIS way about it. My heart is both broken into the finest pieces, yet feels strengthened. It’s weird. I AM ELPHIE! Growing up in the south and training professionally in ballet and becoming a professional ballet dancer and now teacher … something most people think I’m not deserving to do well. 1/3
