If you know yourself well, one cheat meal/ day will not hinder your entire plan. A little off-script could be a positive thing. If you have 6 meals a day, you can trade a cheat meal with 2 normal meals, so the total calories are not out of the window too much, knowing that missing macro goals is a much smaller factor.
