A platform I use sent me "exciting news" months ago: I had been selected to win an award on stage at their big event in person in LA in Oct. I just had to confirm ASAP if I could be there and they would even send me a 10% off the ticket, that costed $997 😆 YAY, they were so excited for me that once I said I couldn't be there, but was excited to get my award they ghosted me completely. I am a PAYING customer of their most expensive tier and have made over $2M in sales in their platform. 🤡
