Whoever is on the other side of the bargaining table with Canada Post… GIVE THEM WHATEVER THEY WANT!! The only people you’re screwing over are the Canadians who don’t live in an urban area (which I’m pretty sure you do). Please let us rural Canadians have the opportunity to mail and receive Christmas presents this year!

Customer service is non existent and the last two months I have to use both hands to count the number of times I’ve been getting my neighbors mail and walking it to their houses.
