I’ll admit and say I couldn’t cope with the workload. It was too pressuring in a sense where I had no direction. I was a one woman show and it was nearly impossible to reach the kpi. From ideation to post-production, I had to do it alone. Burned out.

4 分鐘內	Gadiskrokkrek gadiskrokkrek	I know right.. i think workplace should understand content creator must be treated very well.. example, 3 male workers help to handle the cameras and equipment, drive us around, and the owner or boss shouls guide us from A to Z like ABC so that we can easily understand the work direction. 😞 i feel you..
