The 10 commandment, and the whole of the Mosaic law points to the eternal natural law inherent and self evident in creation because it reveals God (Ps 19, Rom 1). So in a way, yes, they still apply because they state moral norms. Jesus has reframed them for the kingdom era, and some, like keep the Sabbath have been rather radically reshaped in the NT, while still pointing to God and honouring him in all things.
