Serious question for the moms: How do you know how long you pushed during labor? Because I can tell you with absolute certainty what time labor started, and what time it ended, but I literally have no idea how long I pushed with either of my babies. Did someone tell you afterwards? Were you keeping track?! I’ve always been baffled by how so many women know this 😅

一小時內	Jess jessicamccarty	I have been very lucky and only physically pushed twice with each baby so I couldn't even tell you the amount of time. I can't remember what time I got to the hospital with them though. Oops.
3 小時內	Andrea trastsparv	They gave me a chart with all the timestamps and information about any medical interventions. I have timestamps of when my water broke, the first contraction when pushing began and when she came out.

Almost 30 hours of contractions for nothing, he ended up exiting through the sunroof instead of the front door 😂 is it weird that I was kind of looking forward to it? 6 小時內	Shan Wanless teamwanless	My midwife kept track for me. First baby I pushed for 25 min, 2 and 3 I waited til I couldn't NOT push and they came out in one push. Waiting for your body to be ready make such a massive difference.

7 小時內	Erica Lauren theericalauren	I just remember I pushed for about 2 hours - 30 mins in pain and then I got a boost of my epidural and was finally able to push properly until the pain creeped back at the very end. Maybe it depends how long? I can imagine losing track if it was much longer than that.
