how do we even respond to transphobia anymore? im dealing with relatives over the holidays and i feel like i can't even stand up to them this year, like they have the law and what seems like 80% of society on their side and i have what? "stop it, it hurts my feelings" it just feels like theres nothing to do but wait and hope, theres no collective action, theres a police state in progress to prevent it anyway, i know "doomerism bad" but like..shit seems doom and gloom.
