We have turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green peas, turnips or squash, or sweet potatoes etc. Then folks add their own favourite things. Sometimes we serve ham. Here’s the secret; it’s the same thing. I’ve grown up a dual US/Canadian citizen and we’ve always celebrated ‘2nd Thanksgiving’.
