Oof this. Every single time I write a post about my theism, I get absolutely dogpiled by people who assume I’m a Christian and therefore deserving of all their Christianity-centering anti-theism. It’s nice that you threw off the chains of being told what to believe by your childhood church institution, but to fully stop following their lead, you have to let go of disparaging another’s beliefs in turn.
