Thank goodness my ancestors fought against the ‘muricans and now I am 9th generation Cdn. Returning from travels abroad just now and while there (Tanzania, S Africa etc) when I mentioned I am CDN and my travel friend is CDN but lives in the US, they would turn to him and say “I am Soo sorry for you” 😁
