Being alone has both perks and drawbacks. I don’t have to consult anyone’s feelings about what to do or eat for Christmas. I also have literally zero presents exchanged or under my tree this year and tomorrow is just another day but with a Christmas tree, the 10th anniversary of my dad dying, and crushing depression.
