He’s done a great job, but consider O’Connel: he took a team that was widely expected to win 5 or 6 games and finish last in their division - with a washed up QB nobody wanted - and has them in a position to be number 1 seed in the entire conference. That’s not a criticism of LaFleur - he has done an outstanding job. What a division!?
