Start with small towns that are almost completely partisan. Identify an issue that doesn't seem to get talked about, develop a local strategy, tie it into the green party's ecology stance, and build some co-ops both housing and businesses. Create a cultural hub and then build from there. You can't get the nomination because Jill Stein has a lot of money and just kind of claims it.
