universal healthcare =/= socialized healthcare. socialist countries, like cuba or north korea, recruit their doctors and healthcare providers like soldiers, in the army. countries with universal healthcare all basically mirror the US and the way they operate medicare, by contracting insurance providers to build policies, healthsystem networks and process claims.
