Correct me if I’m wrong but what violations are you referring to. All those cars that are turning right (towards the camera person) have a green light obviously since the stopped traffic has a red light. If all four directions have a red light and there’s no no right turn on red signs, and no apparent pedestrians anywhere near the intersection or crossing the street, why can’t they make the turn? And only five of the seven failed to come to a stop before turning if the light was red
