jobthreads so I had my 1st video recorded interview today & it was a nightmare w/lighting, camera closeness, weird movements (I'm a pretty fidgety person, so trying to sit still in this type of situation is torture) and more aggravation. Any tips, tricks or other feedback anyone can share to make this not feel/be so nightmarish???
