Last night, before we go to Dallas for Christmas, I took my husband to dinner. I booked reservations at Nikkei, this yummy Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant, it took 15 min to get there, we walked the kilometer there, we got to sit at the chef’s counter which is always something we enjoy, it was delicious, it had snowed the whole time there, and we were walking back, crunching in the snow and I suddenly exclaimed, “can you even believe that we’re here?!” Because seriously 1/2
