My boy started the year not being able to communicate properly. A bad head injury landed him in hospital as he’d lost mobility and skills. I’ve taught him to walk, eat and remember who I am four times now over 6 years. Today I watched him remember a cross body punch, kick, elbow punch combination at physical therapy and repeat it ten times for each side of his body. I pushed him in the trolley to do the groceries and he only had one meltdown that he was able to co-regulate out of quickly. 1/2
