Millennials and Gen Z had NOTHING to do with "participation trophies" in schools. We were literally children at the time of their introduction. If you're going to blame us for a societal ill, at least pick one we were actually responsible for. It was over-pampering parents and legislators born between the '50s and '70s who insisted their spoilt little darlings deserved credit instead of working harder to achieve their dreams.
