2/ This isn't about pay, class sizes, or any of that. This is about how we are so toxic and horrible to each other and to children. That one class period can barely function because of the mental health challenges of a few students.

幾秒內	Kelly Love kclovepix	3/Consider those students who cannot control abusive swearing, has hit other adults, and fought students in rages. We, teachers and staff, must learn de-escalation skills and keep the peace. If we make a reasonable request for those students to sit in their seat, etc., it's met with noncompliance.
