Pantomime. The traditional xmas theatre for kids where the dames are men in dresses and the lead boys are women in men’s costumes. Genuinely, how is this any different than drag shows?

The dames are usually in highly elaborate comic costumes and, as they are generally meant to be ugly, what woman would volunteer to play those roles?
