Thursday I had the privilege to eat at Spanish Chef Aitor Zabala’s newest iterartion of his restaurant Somni in West Hollywood. I went to his original restaurant that was awarded two Michelin stars before covid and had to close. The meal started with snacks on the patio before moving to the chef’s table seating. The reataurant only seats 16 and does one service as night. More than 20 small courses were served in about 4 hours. A delightful and whimsical culinary experience. Foodie Threads
