We started with the meet in a tavern scenario. Some of our characters already knew each other. But some random npc started a bar fight while our cook was looking for cheese. She could only find kraft singles and got pissed about it and threw one. It hit a guard in the side of the head and we were arrested for the brawl we didn't start.
