Try a Clever Dripper. Mine’s lasted nearly a decade. One cup at a time. Grind, put in filter, pour hot water in, wait a couple of minutes, slam on mug. Japanese-made. EVEN (surprised me!) used by YTer James Hoffman, coffee snob extraodinaire, for his daily cups off-camera.
