A whole day on the sofa, under a heated blanket/throw, still in my pyjamas, struggling to find energy to even walk to the bathroom, and this is what a day with LongCovid and chronic fatigue is like, sometimes. What keeps me going is knowing not every day is like this and maybe, just maybe, this rest will mean I can keep going on Christmas Day. 4 years of this ... how much more? We need proper treatment, not just being left on our own with no help, no cures, no targeted meds.
