Agreed. 5th Ed is a perfect intro game into TTRPGs. It's light on the rules, favors the heroes and is open for some homebrew if needed. A lot of other TRRPGs are more strict on the rules and have lots more consequence for bad rping. Personally, I'm not of a fan of Pathfinder/ 3.5 than 5th Ed. But, my favorite TTRPGs are things like Vampire: Masquerade, Exalted, Star Wars (FFG), Anima, and Iron Kingdoms.
