Waterless means no added water. The plant/s themselves have water content. Oliveda adds none, when most skincare brands are 70-95% based on water. Nothing wrong with water in skincare just don't want to pay big bucks for products that are mostly water. Olivedas products are 100% bioactive. They don't contain fillers or preservatives.
