Yeah. I feel like a lot of people in similar situations to the “Snyder Cultists” oftentimes use the creator and participants of the thing they love as a way of validating their points. In reality, I feel it’s a little bit of a facade. Like, do you really want another Zack Snyder Justice League movie because you want the filmmaker to get what he wants, or do you just want him to make more movies since you liked his other ones.

Nah. Cavill was never the problem and people recognize he could have been the best Superman with better material. Nobody is blaming him.

Nobody hates Henry Cavill, I myself and many thought he was a great Superman. But the way Snyder wrote him isn't the way Superman is, Superman is the manifestation of hope, he isn't moody or depressing, and that's how he was played and that's not Cavill's fault. Cavill himself felt that he didn't get to play the Superman we all know and love. Snyder made 3 movies with Cavill and at no point did we see Superman be Superman, the closes we got to Superman was in Whedons Justice League, but thats it

Any sensible person should realize that Cavill (and Brandon Routh) didn't write or direct their movies. They could've easily been GREAT Supermen. I feel the same about Ben Affleck. You put him in The Dark Knight and it still would've been a great movie.

No one hated Henry, we love him. We just hate the synder fans. They are the ones bitching if anything casting Henry was probably the best thing that Synder actually did.
