"All Scripture Is inspired by God..." (2 Tim 3:16-17) is not a verse about Sola Scriptura. Most have no idea the context of the passange. Go all the way back to 2 Tim 2:15 and see that it is about rightly handling the word of truth, working well; Paul gives a list of like 7 ways (depends on how you number them) to do so. Studying Scripture is the COMPLETION of that list. Compare the two passages that I list and you will see 3 parallels that show this. The Bible, in context, is a Catholic book.
