Sure did! Resigned effective immediately and felt so damn good. I'll figure things out along the way but one thing is for sure is that i don't have to go back to that toxic, ungrateful work environment. They can play with someone else but it sure won't be me!

Yes! I gave my notice and was out. I had a lot of leverage and so when I gave my notice they wanted to give me more pay and a promotion and I said no, because I had been fighting for that for months and they were acting like I didn’t deserve it when I was already doing the job. I had substantial money saved and just left, 2 months later I got a better opportunity with more pay than what I was being offered not to leave. Choose you always.
