By having faith and both of you realizing you can't do it and they can't because you both are the ones involved so it will not work with out change and help some times but you can't be hurt and mad all the time and expect change and they can't explain stories and expect change rigorous honesty and effort from both of you is the only way be patient be humble be caring be loving stop allowing lies and anger to overpower everything else emotions can be controlled they have to be controlled
