Ok I need all the tips and tricks for making a loaf of gingerbread in this pan and getting it to come out intact. I’ve tried every year for the past few years and can never get it to come out in one piece. Help!

Grease it with cake goop. I have a similar one and it always works fine. Mix equal parts oil, butter, and flour into a paste. A tablespoon of each will give you more than enough for that pan. Get it in all nooks and crannies. A q-tip will help with the tiniest spots. Careful not to get it too thick or it will show on your final product.

Grease/spray with oil (there is a Pam baking with the ‘dreaded’ seed oils, avocado oil, shortening, etc.)

Make your own cake release — equal parts vegetable shortening, flour, vegetable oil. Or can buy the Wilton one.
