Funny, because the cop is showing unusual restraint against this lady. Much more kindness and self control than cops in beacons of liberty such as the US and Germany. Were it here in the US (which is gladly behind the current attempt at color revolution in Georgia), that lady would have been thrown to the ground and beaten without mercy.
