I'm a long-time reader of comic books, but honestly I haven't been in theatre at CBM for a while. It's brand-wringing with ugly CGI that divides the audience into unbearable beings.

because they make money and comic books provide a wealth of stories, characters, and settings to draw from and a lot of ppl are nerds. and despite the serious lack of innovation on Marvels side the DCU has been really pushing the boundaries and making some damn good movies and tv shows, not just good comic book movies. the batman and the penguin were raw as hell, and the new superman looks to be really good, an actual comic accurate superman. when ppl stop being nerds they’ll stop making them
