Saw a post today on Facebook where a bride was asking if she was warranted in asking for a partial refund from her photographer, as he’d promised delivery within 30 days, and actually taken 4 months. But in that time his father had died, he’d been in hospital and his mother had been in hospital. I know waiting is annoying but what’s happened to people’s compassion?

2 小時內	Katrin 🇨🇦 lilliputian_grace_co	Well, I assume a contract was signed. If the couple didn’t pay when promised because of some “extenuating circumstances” would grace be given? Likely not. And if it was I doubt it would have been extended 4 months.

I feel terrible that all of those things happened to the photographer, but at the end of the day, the bride paid for a service. She’s not wrong for being annoyed for not getting her pics back within the time they agreed upon.
