I'm so upset. This morning a couple came to adopt one of the kittens from our land. They didn't bring a carrier. They happily took the adorable fluffball on their lap. 2 hours later I receive a message from them. I expected a happy message about how well the kitten is doing. Instead, my worst nightmare. They let me know they decided to take a walk carrying the kitten in the city and it ran away. My heart sank. The person I'm most upset with is myself for not listening to my gut.
