I'm making a meatloaf for the first time. Well, second, but previously I followed a HelloFresh recipe. This time I had a vague idea of what I was doing. I know how to cook, I know flavor profiles and seasonings etc, but I genuinely have 0 idea if this will even be edible. Fingers crossed.
