my job never has such thing, i always find job using LinkedIn, never stated Mandarin as needed...terasa diri tinggal di Singapore? Singapore they sooo focus on English more than their own language, if wanna hire fluent in Mandarin in Singapore probably at the end Msian Chinese yg kena selected, haha
