Lee Grant, blacklisted and sidelined for 12 years because she lamented the death of a director hounded by the anti-communist committees. She was a victim of state censorship. She was also an incredible actor and her Columbo episode is one of the greatest. She had returned to work by the 1960s in 1970s, and I saw her in so many different movies and shows. She is so dignified.
