22/11/24 - slipped & fell. Again...! This time from the last ' anak tangga' onto the slippery floor of my living room. Falling on my bump !. I knew my lumbar had misaligned from its tract 😖 My mouth uttered numerous shahadahs inbetween cries for help from those at home. I thought that was my end.
