and many, if not most, people are saying that asking for a partial refund after four months *is* compassionate. you’re arguing relentlessly that your own idea of “morals” and “compassion” is the only correct answer. morals are personal, ethics are universal. ethically and morally in my books, she’s entitled to a partial refund.
